Smart Blogger Suggestions

1. setup should suggest a path
2. should be able to copy from manual. Easy to miss the space between /usr/bin/php and /home/<username>/... Would also make entering crom jobs less prone to typos
3. columns are squashed togther on view blogs screen. Need to be space out more
